This app provides MLB scores, odds analysis, projections, bet tracking tools, and sports information. It does not accept wagers, process bets, or operate as a sportsbook.
Information We Collect
The app may store selected stake amount, selected sportsbook display preference, tracked bet entries, pick history, accuracy history, and app preferences locally on your device.
Backend Processing
When the app refreshes MLB analysis, it may send game, odds, score, weather, lineup, and pick-history context to the MLB Stats Tracker backend so projections can be calculated. The backend may use third-party providers, including sports data APIs, odds APIs, OpenAI, and X/Twitter API data if configured.
Do not enter private personal information into bet notes or tracked bet fields.
Ads
The free version may display ads through Google AdMob. Google and its partners may collect device identifiers, ad interaction data, approximate location, and other data as described in Google's advertising policies.

Notifications
If you allow notifications, the app may send notifications for new best bet or value alert availability. You can disable notifications in your device settings.
What We Do Not Do
MLB Stats Tracker does not take bets, transfer gambling funds, require an account, sell your locally entered tracked bet history, or request access to contacts, camera, microphone, photos, or precise GPS location.
Third-Party Services
The app or backend may use Google AdMob, OpenAI, sports odds providers, MLB/sports data providers, X/Twitter API, and Cloudflare Workers. Each third-party service handles data according to its own privacy policy.
Data Retention
Local app data remains on your device until you delete it, clear app storage, or uninstall the app. Backend logs, if any, are retained only as needed for security, debugging, abuse prevention, and service operation.
Children
This app is intended for adults interested in sports analytics. It is not directed to children.
Responsible Use
Predictions are informational only. No projection is guaranteed. Confirm odds, lineups, injuries, rules, and local laws before making any betting decision.
Changes
We may update this Privacy Policy as the app changes. The effective date will be updated when material changes are made.
